Crafting Moment!
{Hugs & Kisses}
I used my Silhouette Machine for this project.
There is so much you can do with this electronic cutting tool.I am still learning.
I had a lot of fun decorating and creating for V-Day this year! These signs are just one of the few many project I have done.
First I.....
        started with 2~ 6"X12" Boards.
Painted my base coat (pink of course)
Then I made this stincle with my Silhouette.
I took white contact paper I got at Wal-Mart ( its inexpensive, so you don't feel so bad discarding it at you are done stincleing, and less sticky so it peels off easy) .
I cut this diamond background out. (#1712)
I hade to do some adjusting to make it fit 6x12.
Using the pink from my base coat, I added and mixed a little white to set off the color just a little.
Then painted over the diamond stencil.
Let it dry, and removed the contact paper.
And got this!
Then back to my Silhouette I desinged my Hug and kiss. (Using "Rowdy Heavy" Font and "Exploding_ Flourish_C00863_ 17986") and cut it out in brown vinyl, and applied it.
I have two sconces in my foyer that will make a perfect home or these signs.
I remember my mom hanging things like this when i was little. (dont ask me how)
I glued these soda can tops on the back.
Cheap!
